Healthy Relationships University (HRU)

HRU teaches young adults ages 18-30 with disabilities to develop healthy and safe relationships through class time and activities. They learn about personal space, assertive communication, what consent means, and how to keep themselves and others safe while making new friendships.

March 29, HRU in conjunction with the Community Integration Program (CIP), will be holding an ADULT relationships class for people with disabilities. Learn how kindness can help you improve and maintain healthy relationships with friends and family. 6 p.m. at OPTIONS in Logan. Enjoy a night of learning and a yummy dinner with your friends! Therapy and Mental Well Being

Individual and group therapy is available for people with disabilities from a licensed therapist. A referral must be obtained from an Independent Living Coordinator for personal appointments. Contact an Independent Living Coordinator for a referral.

Women's Anxiety Group

An interactive group is offered to women with disabilities who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Therapy, education, and support are provided to assist. Contact Sheri at (435) 753-5353.

Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) CLASSES

Simple and powerful peer support classes assist people with all kinds of health and life challenges to feel better and stay better, manage medical challenges, decrease and prevent intrusive or troubling feelings and behaviors, control and improve quality of life, plan and achieve goals and dreams.

WRAP – Healthy Aging

An invaluable program to help cope with the aging process. Increases confidence, assists with more ability to talk with care providers, control personal wellness and deal with loss.
