Community Integration

Opportunities are provided for people with disabilities residing in Box Elder, Cache, and Rich Counties, to participate in recreational and leisure activities available to the general public and promote the accessibility of community recreation and leisure options.

Reservations for activities can be made at the earliest the beginning of each month the activity is scheduled and no later than 48 hours in advance unless otherwise noted. Transportation requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance. A donation of $2 in Box Elder, Cache, and Rich Counties is suggested, and $5 for outside these areas. Therapy and Mental Well Being

A licensed therapist can offer individual and group therapy for people with disabilities. A referral must be obtained from an Independent Living Coordinator for personal appointments. Contact an Independent Living Coordinator for a referral.

Women's Anxiety Group

An interactive group is offered to women with disabilities experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Therapy, education, and support are provided to assist. Contact Sheri at (435) 753-5353 or Melanie at (435) 753-2500.
