Cheryl Atwood

Executive Director
Under the guidelines set by OPTIONS’ Board of Directors, Cheryl oversees the operation of the Center to ensure the mission is followed, and goals are met for all programs and services.

Judy Biggs

Center Manager
Judy provides support for the Center, executive director and staff.

Tami Porter

Fiscal Officer & CIP Program Assistant
Tami does the accounting for OPTIONS. She provides transportation and assists on Community Integration activities.

Assistive Technology & Loan Bank

Janice Roberts

Assistive Technology and Loan Bank Coordinator
Janice provides support to individuals needing assistive technology by coordinating assessments so the most appropriate items are identified. She also works with individuals utilizing the loan bank.

Veronica Cabrera

Receptionist and Loan Bank Coordinator
Veronica helps individuals who borrow equipment from OPTIONS loan bank. She is a native Spanish speaker.

Community Integration & Transportation

Mandie Kaneko

Community Integration and Transportation Coordinator
Mandie provides opportunities for community recreation activities. While on activities the group conducts accessibility reviews to increase awareness about the ADA. She trains other van drivers to ensure safe operation of the vehicles.

Art Smith

Van Driver & Facility Maintenance
Art provides transportation for grocery shopping and other Center activities and keeps the Center looking beautiful.

Independent Living

Diana Ortiz

Independent Living Coordinator for North Cache County and Benefits Specialist
Diana works with individuals to help them be as independent as possible through training, support, and goal setting. She can answer questions regarding disability benefits (SSI, SSDI, etc.). Diana is a native Spanish speaker and has experience with culturally diverse populations. Her service area includes Center Street in Logan, north to the Idaho border.

Kari Rostron

Independent Living Coordinator for South Cache and Rich Counties
Kari works with individuals to help them be as independent as possible through training, support, and goal setting. Kari also assists people who have a goal to transition from a care facility back to the community. Her service area includes Center Street in Logan, south to the Box Elder County line and Rich County.

Deanna Crockett

Independent Living Coordinator for Box Elder County
Deanna works with individuals to help them be as independent as possible through training, support, and goal setting. She can answer questions regarding disability benefits (SSI, SSDI, etc.). Her service area includes Box Elder County.

Natalie Doutre

Program Assistant and Driver for Box Elder County
Natalie provides transportation and assists on Community Integration and other activities. She helps individuals who borrow equipment from OPTIONS loan bank in Box Elder county.

Older Blind

Marty Higham

Independent Living Coordinator for Older People with Visual Disabilities
Marty provides services and supports to people with visual disabilities who are 55 or older. The goal of the program is to help people with vision loss retain their independence and to be safe in their homes and community.

Outreach and Education

Wendi Nelson

Outreach and Education Coordinator
Wendi provides outreach and education about OPTIONS’ services to the community. She co-facilitates Health Relationships University (HRU) using a curriculum specifically designed for people with disabilities by people with disabilities.

Kari Godfrey

Education Facilitator
Kari provides education and co-facilitates Healthy Relationships University.

Therapy

Melanie Peckham

Therapist
Melanie is a licensed clinical therapist. She provides counseling and therapy to people with disabilities at OPTIONS, through a grant under the Office on Violence Against Women.

Youth Program

Sheri Stevens

Independent Living Coordinator for Youth
Sheri provides independent living and transition services and supports to youth. The goal of the youth program is to give youth with disabilities the supports needed to successfully transition to adult life.

Deon Atwood

Youth Program Assistant and Van Driver
Deon assists with the youth program and provides transportation for grocery shopping and other activities.
