The Board of Directors meets bi-monthly and provides governance and direction for OPTIONS for Independence. At least 51% of the OPTIONS' Board of Directors members must be persons with various types of disabilities. Members must be individuals with varying experience, abilities, and community leadership capabilities. The Board of Directors is expected to contribute to the continuity of programs, community support, and quality of activities.
